Best Western Waukesha Grand

pool, hot tub, complimentary breakfast, quiet, other guests were friendly from adults to children, perfect spot had many restaurants and stores around it all in walking distance, staff was friendly and helpful, clean inside and out. can't wait for our next family get away.

The pool floor was like glass. Everyone trying not to fall walking on it. Should put out fresh breads not use ones from the day before. So dry. The room was nice and clean. Stayed 6 nights and had to ask for clean towels, more shampoo and conditioners.

The room was clean and quiet. The staff were polite and professional.

Kellie at the front desk was AMAZING! She had such great customer service and was super accommodating. She helped our group with an early check in that helped us out so much. She knew how to run a staff amongst a busy time.
